My family has used Hume pharmacy for over 15 years and I can't imagine using another pharmacy for our medical needs. The owner, Matthew Andrews has went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us get what we need at all hours of the day and night. We love Hume pharmacy! Can't beat their free delivery and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I’ve never had a pharmacy that I could call my own. I thought they were all the same, so I went to the one that was the closest. After doing business with Hume Pharmacy, I now have the best pharmacy in Louisville. They know me by name when I come in or use the drive-up and Matthew Andrews is the most caring nicest guy I know. Make sure that you use all or any of the Hume (Andrews) pharmacies and you won’t be disappointed.

We have been with Hume for years and have never had a bad experience! I’ve seen elderly people standing in line at Kroger, Walmart and Walgreens for long periods of time while Hume has my meds filled before I leave my doctor’s office. Whether you are a walk in, drive through or delivery, my meds are always right and on time. The one bad review on here- did the person ever consider the issue is with their provider’s office? I work in healthcare and my experience has been the provider’s office because too many patients, not enough staff! Hume has never been short staffed even during COVID! Do yourself a favor and try Hume, you won’t regret it!

I recently recommended Hume pharmacy to a personal friend who is dealing with a rare chronic medical condition. They told me their experience with Hume was excellent. Hume pharmacy not only met, but exceeded her expectation. Shout out to Hume Pharmacy! They are by far the most dedicated, competent pharmacy in Louisville. Every person from the clerks to the pharmacist are professionals and very personable. Their drivers that make the deliveries are so amazing and always make sure my RX is delivered. Matthew is always there to help and deliver the utmost care. Thank you to all of Hume employees!

Matthew and Morgan are amazing. Hume takes such good care of their patients. Everybody there goes above and beyond for each and every patient. The owners are willing to help deliver prescriptions, jump in and help when the pharmacy is short, and they take care of their team. This pharmacy is hands down the best place to get your prescriptions. Matthew is an amazing pharmacist. He tries to get to know each patient that walks through his front doors. Best pharmacist in town!!

Moving here from out of State we were concerned about transferring our prescriptions to a local pharmacy, but Hume/Andrews was great. They took care of all the transfers with ease. I spoke to Matthew ( the owner) several times during the transfer. He was wonderful! His staff is very courteous and they even assign a person to help keep everything on track. If your looking for a small town relationship, with a big box selection of drugs and supplies, this family of drugstores is for you. One final thing, they always treat you with love and respect. I'm glad that I made choice to go with this family owned business.

Highly recommend Hume Pharmacy for their excellent customer service! I reached out to the owners, Matthew and Morgan and they were able to find me a better price for my prescriptions. A handful of times, they personally delivered our medications to us to ensure we had what we needed. They truly go above and beyond!
